There are plenty of reasons why this film must be watched, and that too, on the big screen. The cinematography by Arvind S. Kashyap gives a mystical and spiritual touch to “Kantara.” The use of fire and its elements to showcase it as the only power that takes you on the right path. The screenplay and direction by Rishabh Shetty don’t slow down. Right from the beginning to the end, you will be on a spiritual ride filled with folklore, mythology, and supernatural forces. Thanks to Rishabh Shetty, the underlying theme of the film remains the conservation and protection of forests. Performances of every actor stand out, but Kishore as Murali, the forest officer, and Rishabh Shetty as Shiva steal the show. Rishabh as the performer possessed by Guliga, in the end, is a treat to watch. He embraces the deity with full force and brings out so much power through the performance.

Overall, “Kantara” does not disappoint you at any point of time during its running time of 2 hours 30 minutes. An enthralling experience indeed. “Kantara” is a must-watch.

Varun and Deepti Batra are an urban, working couple from Mumbai, who`ve now met with the realization that they need to have a kid before it`s too late. Little do they know that on this reproductive journey, their fates would get tied with another couple - Honey and Monika Batra. Loud, garish landowners from Chandigarh, this couple are a complete contrast to Varun and Deepti. Their clash leads to hilarious, often ridiculous situations.

Hands down to the makers for making such an inspiring film which talks about IVF and pregnancy n through that it gives a strong message and knowledge to the audience One of the best films coming out this year Akshay kumar  gave an outstanding performance and shines throughout the film. The one scene sequence in climax where you break down emotionally, truly got me goose bumps, Kareena Kapoor gave a brilliant performance and it felt good to see her after so long on screen She has her own space in the film n she nails every scene of it like a true rock star She has done a commendable job in a monologue, absolutely amazing Diljit you're a true rock star and you showed it in the film. You've given a hilarious yet fantastic performance.

The newbie director, Raj Mehta, however, does well in keeping the film short and succinct, switching scenes before things get monotony sets in. He gets the flavor right and can safely be put on the list of directors to watch out for. An urbane comedy with the fresh subject of a pregnancy, Good Newwz may well be the family entertainer that city slickers opt for this weekend.

Review | JOKER

 When you bring me out, can you introduce me as Joker? 

This is another typical Psycho thriller and Killer movie. Great Cinematography, Shady Dark Ugly Retro settings, and Talking about the other aspects of the movie, the background music was the soul of the movie, the supporting cast, the direction, everything thing was right on money,. the movie very smartly dealt with the  situation of America (the Gotham city) ,the unemployment, the raising power in the hands of the rich, all it took was a stand and a voice (be it good or bad) against the established power to become the 'HERO', which further became the reason of the rise in murders and crime in the city !!!

It was a pleasant surprise to explore scary dark movie made by director of comedy movies like hangover series..!! Secondly the  name of the movie is contrary to the concept of the plot. Story of Arthur Fleck ( Joker) A person who has history of multiple psychic disorders because of his horrible childhood, his mother also faced some mental issues. Arthur chooses to express his anger by killing the bad people, who didn't understand his mental condition, disproportional laugh according to situations. His expression of intolerance starts with killings of 3 men in a subway teasing a girl in a metro then his colleague who guides him in wrong way to take away his job, then, his mom, then kills his favorite TV host(Robert De Niro). In his small appearance, the legend Robert De Niro was exceptionally awesome, something that you would expect from him every time you see him on the screen, that small conversation at the end between joker and De Niro was cinematic beauty and looked damn organic. Joker feels Proud of him and ends up killing one after the other in rage. I could go on and on in finer detail about this film but I'll leave you all with this brilliant idea, World class acting by Joaquin phoenix, a fantastic portray of a disillusion and reality.. World is full of problems, so was Arthur's world. Joker is a masterpiece which showcases the situation of society due to increase in crime rate along with the need for us to look into the mirror due to its effects.

Review | ONCE UPON A TIME IN HOLLYWOOD

Classic Tarantino Well, If You are planning to watch this movie, then it will make sense Only if you Understand the situation of US/Hollywood in 1969...you need a lot of patience while watching this movie. It takes a while to set up the characters and their conversations, through which it leads to a situation of conflict among them. The first one hour is kinda hangout movie with some meta Tv show links connected to it which involves Rick Dalton (Di caprio) and other actors. And then, BOOM!! you will get hooked on to the movie There's nothing to judge about actors everyone are Pro here, Great acting by every actors who appear in the movie. All the characters are outstanding to showcase the real situation of 1969. It was a pleasure to see that when Hollywood stars Leonardo and Brad make their way to the industry they hardly recognize anymore with just Climax scene this movie is worth spending money. This is a Tarantino movie and Tarantino Fan's and his movie lovers will love this one.

Review | BATLA HOUSE

Batla House, Based on true events of Batla house encounter. The encounter was highly politicized for vote bank. Movie present both the angles of the case. It's a well balanced movie, Nikhil Advani has done a great job with the Direction. Once again after RAW, John shines out. Delivering one more hit and his commitment to his fans remains consistent and high. Mrunali is sweet and lovable, Ravi has a small role but worthy enough, First half was stretchy but second half continued the thrill and from the viewers perspective, the movie was non biased and stuck itself almost true to the facts. Clips taken from original footage was also shown. Hats off to Batla House Team. A must Watch

The timeline of the movie is awesome. However it is based on real story of Anand sir it is inspirational & taking stand in education which needs to be changed for poor kids. It is worth the watch every penny..Direction, BG music Drama & acting of Hrithik is perfect.. but role of Anand girl friend was not clear, she was always confused.. Loved the song "Basanti No Dance".. Must watch movie.

Little boring in starting 30 minutes...The first half of the movie moves around her childhood, Queen as a married lady, as a mother and as a widow as well. Moreover, it throws a flood of light on the old stereotype society that forces a widow women to
leave everything and lead a dead life. But the queen of Jhansi breaks the rules of society and rules over Jhansi, The second half is all about wars and East Indian company's cruelty toward Indians. The end is really good.

Review | URI THE SURGICAL STRIKE

I have been waiting for this movie since i had seen its teaser. This is one of the best indian war movies I have seen ever... 4.5 star to direction, screenplay, star cast, acting. Vickey is entirely in his next level. Yami, Mohit, Paresh Rawal equally awesome.
The movie starts with good intensity and the director has done a fabulous job of not only maintianing that but also surpassing it with a perfect climax. Vicky kaushal stands out as the character that he portrays flows with emotions but holds the composure expected out of a commando. This movie will give you goosebumps. It's an outstanding tribute to the Indian Army.. Best wishes and good work to whole team.
